1. I uploaded it with the file name "File:Abril Amordazada.jpg", but it was removed for copyright infringement. However, I reuploaded it with a different file name(File:Abril Funes Amordazada-12.jpg).

@Ecrusized: The only differences I see between your and User:Freedoxm's latest versions are the precise placement of two city labels (equally clear either way) and one minuscule difference affecting something in the neighborhood of perhaps a few square kilometers in the Druze region in the south. User:SikkimFrontier has been indef-blocked on the English Wikipedia as a compromised account, after admitting in this comment that the account is being used by "numerous publication experts". See also the block discussion at w:User talk:SikkimFrontier#Blocked.

Therefore, it is impossible to discern the provenance of File:Dr.DilipvPandey.jpg, uploaded by SikkimFrontier and claimed to be "own work". It's impossible even for a VRT agent to verify. I think it's unfair for a little-used file like https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:US_51_Star_possible_Flag.svg to have full protection indefinitely. Before it was fully protected, I had made a few edits, someone made it a redirect, and another user not only reverted my edits, he fully protected the page indefinitely.
